For law firms and gestorías
A law firm or a gestoría (administrative agency) deals with the Spanish authorities every day and handles data that must not leave the office. We take care of that too:
- Government applications: we install, configure and keep up to date LexNET, AutoFirma, FNMT digital certificates, Cl@ve access, Legalia 2 for legalising company books at the Mercantile Registry and other Spanish government applications. If they stop working after an update, we fix it.
- Professional secrecy and GDPR: we sign a data processing agreement before we start, we only access your computers with your permission and every connection is logged.
- Backups of case files: backups outside the office and a test restore, so you know the files can be recovered.
- Staff joining and leaving: computer, accounts and certificate ready for new starters, and access closed the same day for leavers.

If you only need one application, we manage it on your server: installation, security, updates, tested backups and monitoring. You contract the server yourselves with your provider and it stays in your name.

What if we only need a Nextcloud or a website?
That works too. We manage just that application on your server: installation, security, updates, tested backups and monitoring. You contract the server yourselves with your provider and it stays in your name. The price depends on the application and we agree it after looking at your case.
How do you help us when something goes wrong?
We connect with your permission and see the same screen as you, so we solve it together, quickly. Every connection is logged.
Can we work from home securely?
Yes. We set up a VPN or a remote desktop with named access for each person, so you can work from home with the same files and programs as in the office.
What happens to our data and email?
They stay in your name: in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, on your server or in your cloud account. We sign a data processing agreement (GDPR) before we start.
Is there a minimum term?
There is no long minimum term: a monthly fee and short notice. If we part ways, we hand everything over documented and close our access.
