This policy explains how the personal data you provide to us through this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, LOPDGDD).

What data we process
Only the data you send us in the contact form or by email, telephone or WhatsApp: name, company, email address, telephone number, what you are interested in, where your platform is hosted, what you have set up, what concerns you, how urgent it is, whether you would prefer a call and the content of your message. Please do not send us passwords or your clients’ personal data through the form.
You do not need to provide us with any special category data. We ask you not to include it in your message.
In addition, only if you accept analytics cookies, pseudonymised browsing data is collected with Google Analytics: a random identifier stored in a cookie, the pages you visit, how you reach the website, the type of device and browser, your approximate location (country or city) and whether you click the telephone number, WhatsApp or email, or submit the form (without its content or your contact details). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address. More details in the cookie policy.
Purpose
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To prepare the call and send you the proposal you ask us for.
- If you go on to hire a service, to manage the business relationship.
- If you accept analytics cookies, to obtain website usage statistics in order to improve it.
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling. We do not send advertising.
Legal basis
- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), when you ask us for an audit or a proposal, or hire a service.
- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for web analytics, which you give by clicking “Accept” on the cookie notice. You can withdraw it at any time from “Cookie settings”, in the footer of every page, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
Retention period
We keep the data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract for a maximum of one year. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and the cookies expire after 2 years, unless you withdraw your consent or delete them earlier. If you hire a service, we will keep the data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by legal obligations (tax and commercial).
Recipients and data processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use these providers, which act as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting). It is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; when serving the website it processes technical connection data, such as the IP address.
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India), which receives the contact form and forwards it to us by email. According to its documentation, it does not store the content of submissions, its servers are in the United States and it periodically deletes (every two months) the technical logs that may contain personal data. This international transfer is necessary to deal with the request you make to us (art. 49.1.b GDPR).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies), with Google LLC as sub-processor. Google LLC is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on which this international transfer relies. It receives the pseudonymised browsing data described above; we have disabled the advertising features and Google Signals.
- Spaceship, Inc. (Spacemail email service, which we use to receive and reply to your messages). It is based in the United States; the international transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, included in its data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@podsre.com or to the postal address given above. Please state which right you wish to exercise and include a means of identifying yourself.
If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to changes in the law or in the service.
