DevOps and SRE consultant by the day
For when you need platform experience a few days a month, not someone full time.
Bringing in a DevOps and SRE consultant by the day makes sense when the work has a clear start and end, or when you need experience your team does not have yet: a platform project, a migration, answering a customer’s security questionnaire or covering the gap while you hire.
A day is work inside your team. We join your channels, your repository and your task tracker, make changes in merge requests that your team reviews and document every step. At the end of each day you have a written note of what was done and what is still pending. A half day suits focused tasks: reviewing your team’s work, answering questions or unblocking a specific task.
The minimum is 2 days a month, so there is continuity and the work moves forward from one day to the next. Before we start, we agree the goal, the expected number of days and the schedule in writing.

Frequently asked questions
How is it different from SRE as a service?
SRE as a service is a monthly fee for a fixed scope of work: updates, patches, monitoring, tested backups and a report. SRE by the day is time inside your team for whatever you decide: a project, a migration or filling the gap while you hire.
Can we combine it with a project or with the monthly fee?
Yes. It is common to start with the audit, follow up with a few days to close the most urgent items and then move on to SRE as a service. We will suggest the combination that makes sense in your case.
